Leitner designs rack with two locking pods, two universal plates and four load stops.

I shortened the cross bars to about 43" I think - they are just a couple inches wider than the top of the rack on each side. It drastically cut down on wind noise and just looked better while still being wide enough for whatever you would need to mount.
