Even better - take that human sales rep knowledge, hand it to a business analyst to try and create AI, hand all of that off to a third-world CompSci graduate on the other side of the world who understands little-to-nothing about US car buyers and speaks English as a second or third language, and then put all of that into a chat interface which gets updated once every quarter.
