Looking to upgrade Speakers

I’m looking to upgrade my factory speakers and have some questions. I have a Sport S with the 7” screen and stock speakers. Can I purchase any speakers that fit the vehicle without adding an amplifier? What is the max wattage output for the 7” screen? Are there any recommendations for speakers that have great sound/bass, that don’t cost a fortune (would like to stay under $300 total with installation), and will not give me any overheating issues or other issues with the 7” screen stereo system? I purchesed the dodge dart kickers and also the kenwood kfc-x3c tried both. Returned the dodge dart kickers ,poor in my opinion.The kenwoods are kick ass about same price much better speaker heavy built magnet great upgrade .

yes those are the ones yes you need an adaptor i purchased off crutchfield and the supply it free.These will fit dash corners and rollbar tweeters

The speakers in my 20 year old ranger sounded better than the stock garage Jeep gave us. I swapped out the dash speakers with these https://www.crutchfield.com/p_20647KSC35/Kicker-47KSC3504.html I wanted the kenwood but they were out of stock. I like them so far..night and day difference. I still want to change the rest of the speakers but this[5 minute] upgrade will suffice for now.
