LUX Rock light issue

Anyone here have experience with the LUX Lighting Systems Pro-Installer for AUX switches? It has 3 zones for hooking up ROCK lights. I can only get zone 2 to work. Zones 1 & 3 don't work. My guess is the built in fuses. I contacted LUX already, just waiting for a reply.

I have a older LUX kit with only 2 zones. I haven't had this issue. I am also using the old app and not the LUX app. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. It was definitely an adventure installing all 12 lights. their customer service is excellent though so Im sure they will get ya taken care of.

It was defective. LUX support offered to exchange it right away. Got the replacement wired in last night and it works great!

I really like them so far. Plus they attach with magnets so they are easy to move if you need to. I have 8 installed now, I would like to install 4 more.

I'm having a similar issue with the 3 zone controller. It see's all 3 zones but I can only control one at a time. Doesn't matter how I try to group them. What is the old app for Lux lights called?

I am also waiting for a response from Lux tech support.
