It’s getting to be springtime here in the desert and that can only mean one thing. It’s time for Red Rock 4-Wheelers Trail of the Month! And for March we chose a special route just for our participants, Arch Hunting in the Gemini Bridges area.
Twenty vehicles gathered for our Saturday sojourn into the desert hunting down arches that most visitors to the Moab area will never see. Most visitors are familiar with the Arches of Arches NP, but most are unaware that nearly as many arches await you outside the park boundaries.
Our route for the day took us up the bench road towards Gemini Bridges and then involved jaunts into several side canyons. Our group made stops in Bridge Canyon, Little Canyon, Boulder Bridge Canyon, 4 Arches Canyon and Gemini Bridges. The arches came fast and furious all day, Owl, Little, Debris, Bullwhip, Mosquito just to name a few! It’s time for me to stop writing and let you get to what you came here for, the pictures from the journey!
Just a reminder, it’s not too late to sign up for Easter Jeep Safari 2025! Believe it or not there are great lodging deals(check page 147!) to be had this year! You can get all the info and access to a digital copy of this years’ EJS Magazine at the Red Rock 4-Wheelers website. Hope to see some of you this Easter in Moab!
