Hey Everyone. New Gladiator owner and returning to the Jeep family. Previously had a Grand Cherokee, JKU Sahara, and even an original Scrambler (miss that one!).

After lots of debate on trim, diesel or gas, driving quite a few, and even briefly considering a JL4xe, I kept coming back to the Mojave as my favorite. I like the idea of going fast on trails more than rock crawling, so the Mojave is the ideal choice for me.

My goal in mods is to have fun, keep an eye on practicality and usefulness for my purposes, and still make allowances for creativity.

Installed Tracker:
Oracle Vector Grill
Nitto Ridge Grappler 35x12.5R17
Fuel D723 Militia -12mm offset

Very nice. Looks like the tri-fold tonneau cover on yours as well.

Thanks. Jeep drives are fun drives!
Yes, it came with it. I wasn't crazy about it at first because I like to haul gravel and such in the bed, but I guess it comes off easy, so it stays for now.

How hard was the Diamondback install?
Took me about 4 hours in total, but I did not rush it. Hardest/longest part for me was the initial prep-work of removing the trail rails and bed caps. Once the prep work is done, the actual installation of the cover was smooth and very straight forward. I took my time here and tightened, adjusted, and re-adjusted to get the fit just right, at least to my eyes.

My recommendations:

1. If doing again, I would buy the replacement bed caps ahead of time and do the rip-n-replace method. It's a frustrating endeavor and there will be curse words.

2. I did not have a second person at home at the time of adjusting the locking mechanism, so I used 3 of my kettlebells above the panel I was working on. That added about 140 pounds in total and helped get a very tight seal.

Thank you! My biggest concern was removing the bedrails and how much of a pain that would be. I was debating on buying them and then just replacing, but its been hard to gauge if that was easier or not.
