So I just purchase a Mojave. I love it and specifically bought it for the upgrades in knuckles, frame, shocks….
But I still want to build it out and adjust a few things. I do a lot of backcountry hunting and traveling . Basically over landing. We all know the Mojave suspension is fantastic. But I would like a stiffer rear end so I am not nose high loaded down with gear or small trailer.
I have been am planning a AEV 2 spacer lift , upgrading to the Teraflex front and rear shock extenders . Tera flex front control arms, adjustable tract bar and Apex quick disconnects up front. (Most likely 35x12.5)
I have been researching how to get some more payload in the rear to keep from sagging when loaded down. Any suggestions? Should I Swap the rear springs for AEV 3”high capacity springs and only spacer the front? I am new to this so trying to learn.

I overland my Mojave. I run just a 600lb extra load 2in lift spring in the rear. problem being it sits too high butt wise when unloaded. I'll be getting the AEV 2in spacer lift just to do the front.

I installed airbags on my Mojave. They make a huge difference when i am loaded down. Highly recommend them.

Did you go with the Jeep red bags or the Ram 1500 black bags?

The aev spacer kit comes with shock extensions, no need to buy the teraflex ones on top. I think air bags would be best for retaining unloaded stance and handling and being able to firm it up only when needed. Very happy with the 2" aev kit and 37s so far but I haven't really loaded it up with more than a few hundred pounds of camping gear.
