Looking at some Method wheels with 0 offset and 35x11.50R-17 tires which seem to be in high demand.
35x12.50R-17 however seem to be in stock with a lot of options.

Looking to keep the suspension stock and not interested in adding spacers just to accommodate tires.
Any concerns with rubbing when turning?
Additional noise?

You can use this calculator to guide you:

I ran 35's on my Mojave before I put a lift on and things seemed fine. I believe the literature says you can do it without a lift. I ran AEV wheels that had a slightly more positive (+25mm) offset than the stock (+37mm) Mojave wheels. So I think 0 offset should push the wheels out (from the suspension components) even more and you should be fine.

That's what I am thinking as well.
Were you running 11.5 or 12.5s? On my previous Mojave I had 35s too but they were 11.5s. They did great but I had a bit of rubbing when backing up but no big deal.

I ran 12.5". Tires were actually 315 70R17 wildpeaks, so 35x12.5 basically. I couldn't find straight up 35 x 12.5. I didn't experience rubbing on a daily basis. But I did not wheel them until after my 2" AEV spacer lift.
