Is this just a site bug, or is there a Gladiator-specific kit for the aux switch bank? The bottom of this page says it fits Gladiators, but... yea I'm confused why it's giving me this error.

Thanks guys. I was reading the Mopar install PDF, and it didn't line up exactly with the install video that Matt / CJ Pony Parts did on YouTube, so it got me wondering if some of the wiring components were different between the JLs and JTs.

PN you listed is for rubicon only, if you don't have a rubicon that's why it says it doesn't fit, the non rubicon PN is 82215190AE....yes the only difference is one has the silver trim ring the other is black.

That comes up as the power outlet for the bed, but with the aux switch picture... lol

That's awesome. I've seen it up in the $450 range at other places.

Did you do the installation yourself? Any issues with the instructions?

No I just had the dealer do it, cost me $250 for the install.

I finally had to ask for help from a dealer as every aux switch kit I found said it is not for a diesel. Waiting for a return phone call for the quote.

I have a 21 JTR Diesel and installed the aux switches and activated them utilizing my Tazer with no issues. Not sure why diesel or gas would matter.

I installed mine myself.

The hardest part for me was getting the wire out of the harness. Buy a set of those de-pinning tools to do it. I used a small screwdriver and was scared to damage it.

Use a small utility knife to start the hole from the inside of the truck to get the coat hanger through the fire wall. Then you can push it threw the rest. BE REALLY CAREFUL HERE! you can damage the existing wiring harness if you aren't careful.

Make sure all the wires are firmly seated. If you get done and have an ESS warning, one of the wires is not seated all the way. (I know this from experience)

Just take your time and you will be fine.

There is a youtube video of a guy installing it while his girlfriend holds the camera. I used that one.

For the money, I will spend a bit more and go with a Switch Pros set up, more functionality and no need to visit the dealer (since the BCM has to be flashed). Plus you'll get 8 switches instead 4.
