Mopar vs aev snorkel

With both being around the same price which way would you go. Ordering this weekend. I should I’m in now way interested in the amfib style

I cant speak for the look or quality of MOPAR but both my AEV units were awesome on my JK and previous JT 3.6. Excellent fit and finish.

Nice rig. The mopar one has a proprietary bracket it attachs to the cowl that I’m not a fan of as I also plan on ordering a windshield mounted light bar from diode dynamics or kc at some point for our night travels. So I don’t know if that will interfere or a way around it. The aev doesn’t so I’m heavily leaning more towards aev for that reason alone. However I just want to make sure I’m not missing out on something with the mopar one.

I went with AEV over the Mopar (which I initially ordered then returned) as the Mopar didn’t allow replacement of the intake as I wanted to mount a precleaner.

I ordered the aev over the weekend. It came down to every mopar parts site I went to had conflicting info on what fit and what didn’t and just became a hassle. North ridge had the aev high fender in stock (well said they did) so I bit. If it shows up before this weekend it will be on.
