Well I’m way behind on this so I guess I should start.

I previously had a JKUR that was wrecked after some d bag tan a red light back in 2018. It unfortunately took me over a year to recover, ( roll over, doors and roof off)

I was contemplating trading to a JLUR that was released earlier that year, but I loved the AEV Brute. I ended up finding out prior to the accident a”scrambler” was coming. And I was pumped.
After the accident since I couldn’t do much for months I would just do as much research as possible to learn about the Gladiator and basically spent hours on these forums in the process.
The accident took me too a new career that I now sell these vehicles, and decided that I would wait before ordering one. In March 2020 at the beginning of the Covid pandemic and the stop sale I finally placed my order for my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon with a 6 speed manual. And then I was stuff waiting just over 5 months for it to be built and shipped to me.
It was worth the wait.
Anyways here’s some pictures of my Old JKUR and the new JTR when I picked it up back in July.

Wheels arrived in September after ordering them in June and some back and forth with Northridge4x4 and Fifteen52 to source a set of 5 as they were back ordered for months due to COVID19.
Then they were off to get paint matched.

Currently just have done a couple small things, installed my exhaust, export mirrors and rear fog lights and have a few smaller mods to happen this year. Did some light wheeling, got it swamped and filled with water but hey that’s part of the fun. But I love this truck. So much fun, the amount of compliments I get in it is crazy. Absolutely love it.

Finally! Jeep looks good; I look forward to following along with the fun.

Those accident pics are hard to look at. Your JKUR looked awesome and I’m glad to hear you’ve recovered and back in a Jeep!

Thanks.
Yeah it was a long road to get back in a Jeep but super glad to be back and I love this thing. Could possibly be my favourite vehicle I’ve owned.

Next while waiting for months for AEV to release their lift I gave up on waiting so I went with the Mopar 2” lift, and got the wheels and tires mounted. And honestly I love it.

Those wheels look fantastic! I went with the Mopar lift and 37s as well, and IMHO I think it's the perfect combo for the Gladiator.

Thank you, it was a long wait but I’m glad I went with them. I think they suit it perfect.

Have you put these on yet? I also have a gator gladiator and doing a very similar build to yours and really wanted to add some retro badging some where. I'm planning to change the tailgate jeep logo to the older style one.
