N-FAB RKR sliders with steps wont fit

Passenger side went in fine . Driver side , the rear mount is almost an inch off . Anyone else ever have this problem. Im sending them back in hopes the next set will fit. Really like the removable steps.

no , all the other bolts are just loose . tried putting a jack under it to ring it up , but the bracket that goes up in the bottom hits before these line up. it sucked because the passenger side went on great and I loved the look, then had to take it all back off and reinstall the oem sliders. like a Christmas present opened and then put back under the tree haha.
