Need ignition on power by both doors

I don't think the harness would be there, or least not all of it.

I would just use the T harness from the 12v socket:

That avoids cutting into your factory harness.

No, the two hot wires with the AUX switch bundle are only there if the switches are factory installed.

It will be easier to bring them through the firewall from the fuse box than to try and find one under the dash.

The adapter off the 12v plug is the easiest, unless you need always on power. Amazon has at least five versions available.
