Hello all My very first post here!
Just got my very first Jeep!
And here she is in Sting gray~
My past cars typically were german sports cars or sport sedans and a range rover for wifey
I did not know what to expect signing the documents but
Needless to say, I LOVE this Jeep! Very excited to start on a new journey with this bad boy.
I need to go back to the dealership to have the body paint 3piece top installed (they messed up a little)
Already swapped out the antenna toa shorty and waiting for Borla Atak exhaust to arrive!

Question!
I have never installed a jerry can holder before. Any suggestions? I am trying to install it so the truck bed cover can cover it.
Thanks in advance for your wisdoms

JCR Offroad Molle panels. One on the front of the bed and then get the proper gas/water containers. If you are trying to mount a real jerry can... good luck!

Welcome to the Jeep world, I love my Mojave. Mollle panel or panels and Rotopax gas cans perhaps, the bed is pretty short for a jerry can.....Jack

I just bought this one on Amazon. Stainless and "hecho in China" but seems to be good quality and holds almost 8 gallons. And it fits under the Mopar Folding Bed cover even with a rubber bed mat. You may need to secure for off-road use but it stays put during "normal" driving. The only downside is when it's filled the SOB is heavy (~48 pounds).

Thanks Bama for that info! Wow close to 50 lbs ~~
This maybe another way to go for me. It looks like it will stay in place quite nicely.
Any affiliation with swampfox optics?

I'm happy with this can and it does stay in place when filled. I'm afraid any "optics" for me would not be flattering. The only optics in my case is an ACOG....

Thanks,
I see that you picked out a sting gray as well! Those are some good looking wheels. Are those 35's you are running?

Trijicon, buy once, cry once. Excellent products. 👍🏻
Buy once and don't look back. There's plenty of good optics out there but, if you can afford it, a Trijicon ACOG with an RMR is hard to beat - literally.
