It doesn’t say heavy duty engine cooling but it does have the tow package. And towing capacity is 7000 pounds.

Rubicon has the heavier cooling - the 7,000 pound tow rating that is standard on the Rubicon 3.6 with automatic necessitates that.
The radiators are the same, it's the alternator and fan that are different.

The VIN can be plugged into a web site and get the built sheet which gives details - including battery size and so on.

The build sheet will have lines like this -

If it has the aux switch group, then it has the larger alternator and battery like above.
Those are examples from my own build sheet I grabbed online using my VIN

the dealer put on the "max tow package" or a "tow package"? The max tow isn't just a hitch. its heavy duty engine cooling, Dana M220 and M120 widetrac axles with 4.10 gearing. If that's what they did then hell yeah but I'm skeptical. anyway, i recommend a Tazer mini JL. u can program a pin into the thumb pad on your steering wheel. so it won't start unless the pin is entered

Pulling the tazer out disables that security. Look at Ravelco.

That's from the 2022 owner manual.
There's only one line for Rubicon - not "with tow package".
Overland, Sport and others have two lines - one with tow package and one without.

So you can no longer buy a rubicon without factory towing as of 2022?

Page 169 of the Owner's manual says the Maximum GTW is 7000 lbs for the Rubicon with Auto Trans.

It has the alternated and amp maintenance free battery

I don’t aux switch group but the guy th is it’s the same thing

The VIN will detail what it came with the factory with as far as equipment (and can also get a window sticker PDF file)
Build sheet leaves no questions at all.
