Years ago, met a guy in town, who was also into Mustangs.
We became close friends.
So close in fact, I was his best man at his wedding.
We'd attend car shows together often.
Over time, we often worked at the same job.
He bought the same model motorcycle that I have.
He became ill, and it was anticipated that he was going to pass away.
Based on our relationship, I wished to put a die cast of his car, a white Mustang in his casket.
He pulled through, and went through very some tough times.
Some of those times required some tough love, from me.
Tough to do.
He has gone through a series of surgeries, with more to come.
He stopped over today.
He made me this, disassembled, hand painted, with a note to read on Christmas day.
How cool is that?
To repay for the Mustang DIE cast, which made him think his path.
