Not eligible for Jeep Wave?

I was told when I got the 2020 Mojave that it came with Jeep wave. I signed up for the MyMopar and when I go to the jeep wave section, it tells me my vehicle is not eligible. Am I doing something wrong? Is there another registration I've missed? The dealer I bought from is out of state and says all I have to do is "register on the email I sent you". which I did. Any ideas/hints? @JeepCares

I was automatically enrolled I didnā€™t have to do anything at all. About 2 weeks after I bought it I received a welcome package from Jeep/Jeep Wave.

When I bought my 2020 rubicon I had an issue with the jeep wave not showing. I called the support number and they found that I wasnā€™t listed as ā€œownerā€ (just some status field) so it didnā€™t register. They updated it and it now shows on my truck.

The above is a screen capture from the jeep mobile app (use the menu button then select ā€˜my garageā€™)

Similar info is available through the Mopar site.

Same with me as MrFahrenheit. Called the customer support and they fixed it. It all works now.

I contacted Jeep directly and they say I am registered and eligible, even though it still shows as not eligible on the website. Shrug

First, I hope you got this resolved! It looks like there has been some good responses. I just wanted to let you know I had the exact issue and it turned out OK for me. I picked up my 2020 Mojave in September and it showed that I was not eligible as well. I did not do anything, but my membership eventually showed up a couple of weeks later.

I bought in July and just received the Jeep Wave email last week. In fact, it showed up in the app long before any "notification". @JeepCares can help...

Regardless, it's pretty good to have the oil changes if nothing else...well worth following up on...

i literally just had mine fixed, only took a few minutes and was able to get it resolved using there chat program. mine now shows owner and shows all my maintenance records and how many free oil changes i have left
