Got a a new Rubicon for Christmas and just got the bed lined this past weekend. When they did it they snapped one of the bolts that hold the front tie downs in the bed. I'm having trouble finding the bolt in the OEM diagram. It looks like it is an M8 torx with a flat head and a shoulder. Can you anyone help me with the correct part number? Also open to hints on getting the rest of it it out.

Can't help you with the size, but I'd try tack welding a bar onto what is left and spin it out (and if you have to pay someone to do it, it would be at the bed liner co.'s cost of course).

It looks like there is plenty of meat left to do it without messing up the new liner. If there isn't a ton of room to rotate, weld a square bar vertically so you can get a wrench onto it. If you cannot weld it, perhaps a professional welder/company is near you or a metal shop of some sort that can help.

I've successfully done this several times before (not on my Gladiator though).

Good luck!
