Yes, sometimes it fails to load the ap quickly enough or just doesn't load it. This is what is commonly known as buying a $60K Plus vehicle with a Tandy Computer operating system. You have to pay at least $80K if you want an UpToDate system.Anyone had issues of off road pages disappearing? Mine were coming and going, now for over a week they have disappeared and the dealership couldn’t figure what happened but have heard other ppl have had issues also.![]()
Ok thank you , I’ve tried resetting but still haven’t got any results so I’m not sure if I’m even doing it right or notHad this issue a few times on my 2020 and 2022 Rubicon JT. If I got tired of waiting for it to come back, usually a factory reset of the personal settings in the head unit did the trick.
Have you made any electrical modifications to the truck?Anyone had issues of off road pages disappearing? Mine were coming and going, now for over a week they have disappeared and the dealership couldn’t figure what happened but have heard other ppl have had issues also.![]()
NoDo you by chance have a TAZER device installed?
no modifications just had it about a month, no devices,I live in town so pretty good reception,I’ll try that thanksHave you made any electrical modifications to the truck?
Do you have any devices, like a Tazer, installed?
Do you use the remote services with a Sirius Guardian subscription?
How strong is the cellular reception in the area?
I would try a reboot of the truck.
Disconnect both batteries for about ten minutes and make sure there is no power in the cab. It can take up to 24 hours, and a few power cycles, for a full recovery.
If you have Remote Start with the phone app using Sirius Guardian, that would give you a good idea if there were any cellular connection issues. No

Unless they have changed it, the head unit has to check in and verify your VIN is authorized before the Off Road Pages will work. That is done over the cellular connection, which is provided through AT&T. In areas with no AT&T service, it is handled through roaming agreements with other carriers. If there are issues with the cellular connection, it will cause problems with the Off Road Pages, and extend the recovery time after a system reboot.
If the problem still continues after a few days after a reboot, you will probably need to get the dealer involved. Their solution will likely be to replace the head unit.
