Off road pages will not work

Hello all, I’m new to this forum and not sure where to post this question. Three weeks ago I became the owner of a 2024 Gladiator Rubicon. Bought it new with 63 miles on it. Work and family life has been busy as is for most, yesterday I had some time so I went out to explore the Gladiator features. I can use the steering wheel buttons to view vehicle info like gauges, however I can’t get those or the rest of the”off-road pages” info to display on radio.

From the Apps menu when I hit the off road pages app the vehicle menu on the left will highlight and turn off. Nothing displays.

From the vehicle menu when I hit the off road pages banner the apps menu on the left highlights then nothing happens.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there an issue with Off-road pages? Common problem? Thanks for any helpful advice!

I've never had a problem with my 2023 Mojave.
Something else you can test is when you go into 4L and Offroad+ mode the Offroad pages come up automatically.

checked it in awhile though.

You’re not alone. Mine does the same thing. The frustrating thing is it worked on the dealer lot but hasn’t since. I’ve been playing in the desert (Alamo Lake, AZ) for the last few weeks. It would have been nice to have.

Thanks for everyone’s input, my last Jeep was a 77 CJ5. Needless to say this one is much different. I assumed the off road pages would come up even in 2WD, perhaps I’m the malfunction? I’ll try 4Hi and 4Lo with off-road plus and see what happens.

Yup. I have the icon on the screen but it does nothing…touching it does not bring the Off-road Pages up. I’ve reset the system several times over the past few weeks but nothing has worked. Is it the end of the world, no, but I want things that are meant to work to work.

Absolutely. You didn't pay for it to not work.

I know on the previous Uconnect 4 radios, the Off Road pages would go offline and then eventually come back. Some thought it was due to it getting a cellular signal or lack of it and the Off Road pages would go offline because it did not receive occasional VIN validation check with the Uconnect servers for the telematics. I do not recall if there was a way to force it or it was just a wait thing.

I just tried every combination I could think of with transfer case, lockers, and off road plus to no avail. I restarted the head unit (press and hold the power/volume button) and still no change. Perhaps I should inquire with my dealer about this issue. Less than 700 miles on it. Unfortunately the off road pages app was one of the few apps we didn’t explore when salesman went over the features with us at delivery.

Just needs a hard reset. Either unplug both batteries for a minute or get a TazerJL and use the reboot function

Sometimes mine shows up right away and other times I am half way to Walmart before it comes on.

. I had to do a hard reset, I was told by the UConnect tech on the phone, to hold both the on/off volume button and the other way over to the right I believe the tuner button. Hold them both in till the screen goes out and will reset. Not sure if I was told to run the engine, or just in acc. Call UConnect tech. Good luck.

I called UConnect earlier today. We talked/walked through a lot of settings and did multiple resets but no joy. The trouble ticket is getting kicked up a level. I'm waiting for a call so we'll see. I'll post the relevant solution to my problem once we figure it out.
