Hey Peps-

I didn't see anything on the forum in regards to basic/intermediate off-road resources.

It seems much of the information siloed. So I figured I would start a thread.

The goal is to give a person that wants to go wheeling a sense of common sense.

I figured that we could share some of the basics and through collective knowledge -

help somebody just getting into the sport.

Again the objective is to share knowledge, ie, experience based on fact. Video and databases are helpful.

I'll update the thread as I find more information. Please feel free to share- some of us have traveled thousands of miles off pavement/bad pavement. Others have just started.

Please share evidence-based Resources.

Looks like BFGoodrich has information also- Including trail ratings (and meanings), tires (duh), different types of 4x4, hills....
