I asked around on here and thought I had the answers I needed regarding tire size. Several people either are running that tire size or have said no problem. Now several are saying absolutely not.

i have the Jeep gladiator overland with stock wheels and tires. 255/70r18

I just purchased the kenda klever r/t 601 35x12.50r18

now folks are saying I shouldn’t run this combo.

Is anyone running this tire size on the stock overland 18” wheel?

If it's a 7.5" wide wheel, it will mount. As for whether or not it will clear everything when turning lock-to-lock, I have no idea. But I do know that at 12.50 tire will fit on a 7.5" wide wheel. Some places will not mount them, because it's skinnier than recommended wheel width, but TONS of people run 35x12.50's on stock Jeep wheels.
