Ongoing Sale - No stock

I went to my local Discount Tire to pick up a set of Nitto Recon Grapplers (35x11.5) and there's none in stock nation wide. How do you have a sale without available stock? The local guys tried to find some but I've never heard back.

Perhaps the sale is the reason there are none in stock? Sold out of what they had. The 11.5" size is probably produced less than a 12.5" tire as well.

Is the Nitto Recon Grapplers in 35x11.5 size the only Nitto tire on sale? If it's the entire lineup I'd say that's why they still have a sale going on.

Odd, just checked out the sale on Discount's site. Shows they are available to me in southern AZ in 1-5 business days.

When I signed in online, it said the exact same thing, but there weren't any to be found. The sale was for any size Nitto Recon, Toyo AT111 and Cooper's as well. I went in looking at two specific tires and both out of stock.

They tried to sell me on other options but I knew what I wanted. Had three different people behind their counter making suggestions. Even tried to explain that a bigger heavier tire would matter.

Yup. Exchanged a few PM’s here and they coordinated with their local peeps to setup an invoice for me so that when I called, all I had to do was provide the payment and they could order my tires. Stupid easy process.

Yep, it's great. I have absolutely nothing to do with them, except being a happy customer.

A few messages like you said, and BAM, an easy trip to my local store. Love these guys for that. They even helped me out with tires I bought from another user here and mounted them for me with the same awesome experience.

Definitely shoot them a message OP, they are great to work with and coordinate with your local store!
