Not even two hundred miles on the truck or lights and this happened during its first wash. I barely even hand washed across it and this just fell inside the light. The tabs where the screws go into broke on all four corners. @ORACLElights

I did and this is the response I got. I do not have sensors in my lights so I did not over tighten them since they was already tightened down from Oracle or who ever assembles these. I keep hearing from other people that I would get told this was the reason. That "I" over tightened them but the fact is that I never touched those four screws. Hopefully this can be resolved but sad to see this is the immediate response without investigating the issue.

Update for Case 6441 - "5882-504"

Hi Roy,

I'm sorry to see that this happened to your sensor cover. This will happen is when the screws are over torqued causing the studs on the tail light to break. Even though this will not be covered under warranty, you can still proceed with the install by gluing the sensor cover closed. To avoid this from happening, our technicians suggest installing the tail lights using a hand screw driver or a drill on a low torque setting. If this is not something you are interested in doing, we can share with you an estimate with a discount applied for a new set.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or need anything else and I'll be happy to assist.

Thank you,
Brandy Ezell

Wow, Oeacle sure seems to be struggling. I hope I have better luck with the reflectot lights I bought from them, but with all the stories I have read, I will not be expecting them to last and certainly won't be purchasing from them again.

I want these but they are clearly snapping on a regular basis and the manufacturer tells the customers to buy new ones....That is the WORST response.

@ORACLElights - I literally defended you in another thread, but that is a bullshit response. These are over $300!

Wow, I know the majority of success stories will not be expressed on forums but there are far too many bad experiences with this company. I really like the taillights and the Oculus headlights but I'm not sure I want to take the chance of these products lasting.

The jury is still out with me. Ignoring all the bad things, I liked the looks of the tail lights so well I went ahead and ordered them after speaking with Josh on the phone. I was sent a set of Wrangler tail lights and when I called Oracle to inform them of the boo boo, I played phone tag with a few people. And then finally was told I needed to send pictures of the wrong tail lights !
Now I can understand sending pictures of a damaged product or warranty claim, but when I tell you that you sent me the wrong lights and that they were for a wrangler , well even I know a square peg don't fit in a round hole, unless you have a really big hammer..
OK then I was told it would take until the end of last week for them to figure out if they had them in inventory. I was sent a statement billing for the (WRONG) tail lights as a reminder I would need to return them.
I got an auto email on Friday saying my order is fulfilled, but no tracking number or explanation. So I am still waiting to see what falls out of the sky this week.

Please let us know how it ends up. I ordered a set of sequential taillights from amazon that have good reviews but they aren't much cheaper than the oracles. I'm on the fence with the oculus headlights.
