I actually quite like the stock overland wheels, but would like to go with a more aggressive tire (interested in the KO2's) that's slightly wider than stock. Wondering if any other Overland owners had the same thought and what tire & size you went with?

I plan to run the stock, street truck tires for a while just because new rubber is pricey. But when these wear out, or get close, I'll be going with something a bit more "Jeepy".

Interested. The stock street tires just look wrong on a Jeep but not ready to drop $1k to replace brand new tires. I'm leaning KO2 as well but was just planning on sticking to the stock size.

There's a few threads floating around here, but here's mine 285/70 Cooper's. I was in the same boat I liked the factory wheels just wanted a more aggressive tire.

Cool, looks like you're at stock height as well? Any rubbing?

None at all, but to caveat I've never had it off-road, but think it would need to be pretty rough terrain to rub there is plenty of clearance. I'm probably going to do a level kit on front, but just for looks to get rid of the rake I'm more of a mall crawler lol.

Nice. 285 is the width I was hoping to get to. Will probably stick with the stock sidewall height.

PS - Like what you did with the black grill and bumper pieces on your truck, works well with the white.

I am sticking with stock size, but I am putting Duratracs on this weekend. I had them on one of my JKUs and they were great tires. I like the look and they perform well in mud, snow, etc. A little soft for rock crawling, but I don’t do that anymore.

I got 4 wheels and tires for not much more than the cost of 4 tires for the Overland wheels - but I find I actually prefer the look of the overland wheels so may in the future see about selling my Overland stock tires - or trading them - for other tires for the wheels.
My wife asked me today "so now what, what are you going to do with those big wheels and tire out there?"
Dunno yet, but have time to decide, anyway.
I do prefer the look of the overland wheels - way to go, guys - these all look good.

Went with duratracs in a 275/65/18, just a bit wider than stock per the recommendation of others on forum.

the duratracs get great ratings, haven’t had any issues in snow or ice as of yet

was able to get $300 on Facebook marketplace for the original tires with 400 miles on them. Took a little dent out of the $1000 I spent on the wranglers
