PA Gladiators, are we classified as a "truck" tag?

Hey guys, I have had the same specialty tag in PA for 20 years and lets say it has seen better days. I was thinking of getting a specialty tag but are our tags classified as "trucks". Does the tag state truck on it? Funny thing is, I work for a Dealership (not Jeep) and my title clerk had no idea. Any help would be great. I do not see many Gladiator tags in the area and I came from having JK and JL Wranglers and they did not have a "truck" tag.

Yes it’s a truck tag. I transferred a specialty plate to the Gladiator when I bought it and they gave me a truck sticker for the front window bc it wasn’t listed on tag. Transferred from a Grand Cherokee

Ok, thanks. I wasn’t sure. I never got a truck sticker for my JT. I did a transfer too from JL Wrangler and it was a Dare Specialty tag... strange.

I got a Truck tag too. Tried to transfer my old tag from JKU but wasn’t able to do this easily. Didn’t dig into it too much.

haha. Yea... it’s a rough area to be in being a NY fan. I’m from LI and been a NY fan all my life.

thanks everyone for the input. I found that too but it looks like personalized vanity plates do not have a“truck”stamp on the bottom of them. I’m going to send in for the tag and see what happens.. lol.
