There are plenty of threads on this, Yet I can't find any that are new within the last month...
So. To those of you who took delivery recently (say mid August to today 9/9) when did you order and how long did you wait?
I ordered on Tuesday 9/7. Vin issued yesterday.

There were some horror stories in a few of the older threads, circa late 2019/early 2020 of people waiting 4-5 months. I chalk that up to a brand new model and production not being fully to speed.

I ordered July 5 and got a fully loaded Rubi in 37 days.

Ordered in the beginning of July and it took 7 weeks to arrive on the lot. About a week of that it sat on a lot in Illinois waiting for someone to get it to Wisconsin

I ordered 8/16 and just had a build sheet show up today. JC says it's "at the body vendor" which I equate to JB status where they do the bedliner. My dealer contact was off today but waiting to hear what he says tomorrow. Honestly I was not expecting it to move through the process this quickly.

8/17 shipped and arrived in Mechanicsville NY (2 hrs away from dealer)

9/9 delivered

I ordered a Willys on 7/26 and it arrived at the dealer on 8/30. I ended up ordering a Rubicon instead on 8/28 and it’s still in D.

Ordered a JTR 7/16. Took delivery on 9/7 but they had it in late last week. Took a bit to get lift, tires, etc. done.

The trim you order seems to make a big difference right now as Jeep appears to be prioritizing the higher profit models like rubicons and mojaves. I know of a few other forum users as well as myself who ordered Sports (mine is a Sport S Max Tow) back in June and are still in D status with no build dates or any updates…

I placed an order for a Mojave on 7/10. Just recently received the VIN and was told it’s in framing. (E stage). The dealership gave me a six week delivery time frame. Maybe the end of October. I’m using that time to see what items need to be ordered for the ready.

Where are you guys getting your updates from? I read in a few other threads people bugging the Jeep Chat and getting hit-or-miss info from there. Just placed my order today.
