Having trouble finding side shots of Jeep Gladiators with a 20x12 with a -44 offset wheel. Can I see some side shots and measurements of how far this would stick out past the fender? I'm looking at a wheel with these specs. Thanks

That's a function largely of backspacing/offset, not width.

Stock is 6 inches of backspacing (+44.45mm offset) on a 7.5" wide wheel. You'll need to reference the spec for the wheel you want to get an idea of how much it will stick out. Even retaining stock backspacing (which is a lot of backspacing) you'll be sticking out a good 3" of wheel plus whatever the tire protrudes beyond that.
