Jeep should add rotation limited, ball detent quick detachable pick point sockets for removing the top.
4 pick points made into the factory hard shell would dramatically reduce hokum and speed removal without hooks and straps and assorted other stopgap measures.
Simple rubber plug keeps them clean and dry when not in use.
