Didn't take long to get it (26 days) and just loving it. Here are some pics of what I have done so far. I had the bed sprayed locally, then added the Extang Cover and just finished installing the WeatherTech mud flaps.

Could you post additional pictures of the mud flaps from the side and rear? I'm debating between the WeatherTech flaps and RockBlokz, which are way more expensive. Thanks.

Sharp. Love the accessories and the interior color combo. My wife doesn't care for that color but now that I've seen it in these photos - I do.

Question - I've noted VERY few people here ordered or even talk of Overland - it's either Sport S or Rubicon. There seems to be no talk of anything else.
We went Overland because my wife didn't like the options limitations of the Sport (such as the nav and display, no body color top, etc.) so she insisted. I balked because I REALLY wanted the max tow package but when we looked at the numbers, she simply said "buy a lighter car hauler" - so I did.

Why did you choose Overland as opposed to a Sport S or Rubicon?
I'm curious as to why others chose Overland like we did in the end (even with the very limited payload and tow capability - dropping hundreds in payload and a thousand pounds in towing)
(I figured I could handle 6000 pounds towing with a 1500 pound trailer and a 3100 pound car on it)

We looked at this way....my wife and I share this vehicle. We work on our property and it has really worked out for us for the past 4 years having only one vehicle. We would probably not ever do the major off road thing and we felt that the Overland was the right size for both of us. With all of the great features available for the Overland, we felt good about this choice. We were able to get a great trade in for our 2016 Jeep Wrangler and this is one of the reasons we added some features. When we looked at the Sport S model, it just didn't have the options that we wanted. If we were going to spend this amount of money on a vehicle, we wanted to get the those things to really enjoy the vehicle. The Sport S did not allow us to do that. As far as towing, we have a small camper less than 3000 lbs and probably will never get anything bigger to haul. In the short time of less than 200 miles so far, we are really pleased with the Overland. I have enjoyed added the features myself. The seat color really looks good with the color of the Gladiator (Gobi). We hope that this information will be useful to you and others.

Did you decide on splash guards/ mud flaps? Wondering if you decided to add or skip them altogether.
Holding off until I replace the Rubicon rock rails. I'm waiting for the ROAM Offroad side armor steps to become available for the Gladiator (should be this month), and then I'll see what works best with them.

I broke all of the rules and went OEM type - from MOPAR. Perfect fit, installation was a piece of cake and they look like they came on it due to the matching POM rivets.
I know it's more macho and cool to go with an aftermarket superior product, and now more than ever I can never park next to a Rubicon, but I asked myself - why not go with those from a dealer? I still saved 50 bucks over ordering them with the truck.

Nothing wrong with oem - What was the Mopar price?

$100 for all - front and rear - from a local dealer.
They had them in stock. (Doesn't hurt that the fronts are Wrangler - because they are identical) The back are JT specific.
Every Jeep we've ever owned I bought the splash guards later and installed them.
