I have used Goo Gone takes a few minutes. I have long leaf pines and I try to keep a good coat of wax on the JT it helps a lot.

I would clay bar the vehicle once the sap is gone too.

The 110% was a metaphor for its guaranteed to work. Also works on road tar and bugs very well.

I really need to get some of that. My yard is nothing but pine trees, like every car is under a pine tree at some point all day. I have used the pressure washer but it isn't the best method.

I've never heard of denatured alcohol used for sap removal. good tip.

I've always used WD40 (which is a true life hack product) and then a quick wax afterwards.

If it can’t be fixed with WD40, duck tape, crescent wrench and vice grips it is seriously messed up.

This thread is a bit old, but I ended up under a pine tree, and it looks like an Ogre sneezed all over my ride! Denatured alcohol...where can I get that? O'Reilly? Or I have a can of WD-40. Any other products work?

Got mine at wall-mart over in the paint section i think. It was like 6 or 8 bucks for a pretty decent sized container
