Tuwa Pro 4CX MOAB BED RACK SYSTEM - Took a bit of convincing to add back the Access cover Literider tonneau, but it fits. The seals are going to need some attention. Also discovered that the Teraflex Uintah trail rails are not a great match with this setup. The grooves in the rails are skinnier than a common rail.

OEM Steel Bumper - Artec Winch Plate - Smittybilt X20 10k

Found an OEM steel bumper for a $100 then grabbed an Artec winch plate. Supply chain woes are starting to impact availability of parts. I had a Warn Evo 10s ready to be installed, but found out the Artec winch plate was not compatible with the winch. Choices, wait for two months for the next version of the Artec plate or put on a different winch. I chose the Smitty X20 comp 10k. Thanks 4wp for price matching and being right down the street.

How’d you find the bumper for $100?? Nice.

Thanks for checkin' out the thread! One of my local shops swaps them out like a pair of socks. I was just lucky that day.

The Warn over rider and and Grimm light bar mount came from the Northridge Scratch and dent sale. Not a mark on them. Website may not be current any more, but you might find something there.

Finding locks for the boxes was a pain in the ass. Ended up using Master 131s.

Roam customer service recommends
Master Lock7KA
ABUS 75IB/30
Master Lock 131Q

Norther Lights or Bust... Well it was a bust. Watched lots of shooting stars while hanging out in 22 degree Dark Sky territory but the Northern Lights did not arrive. Snagged this picture at our spot by the water.

Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT with Teraflex Nomads

The Patagonia's were starting to make some noise at 10k miles, so I started searching for treads. I was really close to landing on STT Pros or Mickey Thompson Baja Boss MTs, but stumbled on Baja Boss ATs. 3 peak rating and dropping these onto the Quadratec Recon wheels would be a neat combo. Let's face it most of us are 99% freeway looking for 100% beefy when we off-road.

But then... I found some used Nomads making a match in heaven.

Took it out snow wheeling at the beginning of December. Tires feel heavy.. 10lbs more per wheel is interesting.

"Hangover Run" = Snow was deep and folks had lots of issues adjusting to it.

Smittybilt Winch - Love the wireless remote instant satisfaction it has.
Voodoo Rope - I have successfully swapped over to soft shackles and Voodoo kinetic rope makes for less of a jar on the vehicle when tugging folks out.
Teraflex Nomads - So much fun turning the nob and dropping to 10 psi
Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT - Started out at 10, but man it was a lot of work. Wife was urging me to get out the traction boards, but I would make 2 feet and then the Jeep would give up traction. It just did not seem like it made sense for the short gains. Took some time to drop the tires to 5psi and it was like a whole new set of terrain. Tires flat out just chewed up everything. You always wonder though... "If I had different tires would it be better?"

Two years I have had an ARB dual compressor sitting around my house. The 2781 Smittybilt is just finger scorching simplicity. I was undecided on where to install it on my JKUR then torn on where to install it on the Gladiator. I picked up a Procomp SS-6 and the Grimm offroad compressor mounting kit with SPOD mounting bracket. Took a long time to install as a weekend hack.

Grimm Offroad Compressor Mounting kit - Nice complete kit. I have no doubt this kit will stand the test of time. This kit has a bracket for the SPOD, but I went with a cheaper solution for the moment.

Procomp SS6 - Budget switch kit with some neat features. Downside, it dos not dim.

Fender tabs - 45 degrees in the garage, I snapped a few off when I pulled the fender. Good thing I picked up this kit. Oh..... I snapped a few of these off installing them too, until I hit them with a heat gun.

More snow wheeling! Trip to Montana made for some challenging wheeling. Had the tires down to 4psi in order to hook up. I wheeled with a broad range of vehicles on 37s and faired well. I think the weight of Gladiator almost needs a floatier tire on the snow. That being said, the Mickeys did pretty darned well.

Turns out, traction boards are for more than bolting on your vehicle to look cool. Sugary snow makes it so that the I crawled a lot, but the Jeep would sometimes dig some ruts. Push the ruts and then auger down. Push the boards under the front tires and then the tires would crawl up onto them gaining some ground. When on a climb you could lay them like train track. It did take a team. 4 people would make quick work of a swapping boards. I used the cheap X-bulls and they held up very well under the weight. In fact, they stood up with use of 8 vehicles and full day of use.

Quadratec Sway Bar Skid Plate - Coverage for the teeth up front. It has nice coverage.

4" Rigid 360s - Added some yellow lens covers. Backlight is not as robust as I expected. Driving pattern does light up the road over my LED headlights.

The 37 Patagonias fit under the bed. IMHO it fits better at 14psi. The tire is a mere 3/4" of an inch away from the track bar, but has not rubbed one bit in 3 months.

I too want 38s, and am working on a spare plan since I like having that comfort level.
Well, if there's 3/4" of space with a 37" tire, theoretically, you should have 1/4" of space with a 38" tire. It's an extra 1/2" all the way around, not 1".
