Question about the leather seats: "NAPA" vs just "Leather"

I know what NAPA leather is, I just mean is there a difference in the leather in the trucks or just wording.

Probably like that fine "Corinthian" (?) leather Chrysler advertized in the Cordoba in the '70's. I read an article years later where they asked an ad man about it and he said it was something they made up to make it sound sexy.

The difference is in the tanning process. Napa leather(originating from Napa valley wine country) is generally superior and more costly than regular leather.

I’d be more interested in knowing how much actual leather there is in factory leather seats. You’d be better off buying cloth and having katskins put in.

Nappa leather is in the High Altitude trim only.

I don’t think it’s any better than regular leather. My F150 leather with more miles looks better than my Nappa leather with less miles.

I don't know if there is a distinct difference between them, but the leather seats in my 2023 High Altitude appear to be a different design and seem to be a little better than the leather seats in my 2020 Overland.

A marketing term with zero specific ways to classify it? Sounds like no one knows what Napa Leather is.
