Question regarding JT soft top bolts (first time install)

Hello all, recently purchased a JT w/ hard top, and bought an OEM soft top on craigslist. Everything looks in order, although I can't find the T50 Torx bolts that attach the soft top to the rear door frame.

My question is: Are those bolts the same as the hard top bolts? i.e. are they interchangeable?
