My best friend loves his JT but misses the speed his ‘15 GT had, so figure short of a Hemi swap or supercharger, all this and the tune, plus gearing

Cold air intake at least 15 horsepowers, ported intake another 20. Both together is a force multiplier so about 50 horsepowers. If he added a complete high performance cat back exhaust system there's no doubt in my mind he could be at 75 horsepowers.

At that point he may need to upgrade the front grill to gain more cooling. The only way to do that is get an angry grill as it's optimised for performance. Other things can help too like anodized dipstick handle, anodized tire nipple caps, chrome played pvc oil catch can, short bullet style antenna and lots more. The sky's the limit but tell your friend to be careful hotrodding it. The transmission and axles aren't rated for big power like that.

Friend needs to pick what is more important and stick with that rather than try to make something that will probably fall short of expectations.

Tweaking the 3.6L is a big money pit IMHO and one might as well forget about retaining any powertrain warranty in fiddling with it.
