Hey folks,

I just finished installing the Airlift 1000 kit 60830 on our 2023 JTRD.

My air fittings are just tie wrapped to the bumper until I figure a clean way to permanently mount the air fill valves.

Where and how did you folks mount your air bag fill valves? Maybe I won't have to reinvent the wheel.

As an aside, here's the back story: Last year on a cross country trip with the bed fully loaded we kept getting flashed. Even the factory halogen headlights were bright enough to bother oncoming traffic at night. This year we have Diode Dynamics LED headlights. I determined we need to level the Gladiator before we make our long cross country drive.

Under gas cap door. Unfortunately they only lasted the first summer. Once it hit -40 they were done.

Use the Schrader valve air fittings as your license plate bolts.

Several I've seen have done that - it works well, and no added holes.

There’s a small gap between my ARB sliders and the rear fender. Worked perfectly for me.

I read about doing this, but this is the first picture I've seen. Thanks.

On my Rubicon the metal under the plastic bumper cover has no holes that line up with the license plate screw holes. I like this mounting best so far, but some drilling is required, and the bumper cover may have to come off.

I also installed mine where the license plate screws go. I did not have any interference behind the bumper. 2022 Rubicon with metal bumpers. I did have to enlarge the holes on my license plate.

This was going to be temporary in 2020. Never changed it, then used the same location on my 2025. I haven’t damaged the lines but I’m sure it will happen eventually.

I just bought an "L" bracket from Lowes, drilled a bigger hole for the valve, and mounted it to the frame behind the rear wheel. I used to have it mounted in the bumper, but I frequently rock crawl and I've pulled my rear bumper off at least two or three times.
