This is pretty cool. I think I'll be ordering, I will say this for some input/feedback though...

I initially thought it was even cooler when I looked and saw what I thought were little lights (think puddle lights) in the steps. Turns out it's just the metal name plate. Is there room to add a light there if the metal plate is removed, or is that flush up against the existing bed slider/rail?

Would love to see something like this that didn't require the Rubicon rail.
The last thread on this that they posted, they had a separate version that was meant to replace the Rubi Rails, so hopefully they're still working on that.

I got impatient and just ordered the DV8 bed protection, plus it meant that I wouldn't have to chop up my aftermarket bumper to make it fit.

Yea thoe step/sliders look really nice. Not a fan of the gaudy ass name plate on them, but that's easy to fix.

Does anyone make something like these for the rock sliders? Bolt's onto the slider and creates an entry step?

Yes the ones listed above bolt on to the rubicon rock sliders just go to Maximus-3 web page to order or click on the link at the top of the page or you may talking about the rock sliders under the doors if so I haven’t saw anything yet

The name plate doesn’t look bad it will look better once it’s on the gladiator 🤔

Yeah, I was referencing the door rock sliders. My apologies for not being clear.

Something like this that's available for the Bronco.

Ok, I ordered. This will help. Not as spry as I used to be and I'm not wanting a hip fracture. :giggle:

Cut or punch the name plate through and fab up a light.

Nice and I bet they would fit the RedRock aftermarket bed protector as well but at 249.00, that's 100. more than I paid for my Red Rock. and it works as a step very well. Good luck to those who do choose to spend.

That would be my plan, just don’t know if there is room or not. I can’t tell from the pics how tight behind it that area is. Could be right up against the original slider.
