Is there a difference?

I'm looking to upgrade the rear track bar on my JT but there are fewer options compared to JL track bars. Can I use a JL track bar on a JT?

No, JL has different bends. JT is either straight or I believe a couple have bends to clear the differential.

Also the rear control arms are different between JL & JT.

JT is straight. They do make a JT with a bend, but it's to clear larger spare tires.

Now that doesn't mean the JL won't work... it could work so long as it is the right length and the bend doesn't hit anything, but it will have an unnecessary bend.

You'd have to make sure the JL bend is not impacting anything. And at that point I'd have to ask why bother.
