Just wanted to share my installation
Update: https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/curt-brake-harness-c51459.22227/#post-345386
update : Do Not Use Curt Harness without a diode you will have issues. Redarc has been a tremendous help with getting this figured out. Jeep should have included a diode in the brake light circuit at the electric brake plug.
UPDATE: I spoke with etrailer who provide the following:
"Sorry for the confusion. Curt originally said this wiring harness would work with the JL and the Gladiator but have since determined that it will not. We have sent in the update to our site to have the compatibility taken down but that was about 2 days ago when we discovered this to be the case."
Again, sorry for the confusion.
I purchased this controller from Redarc

I contacted Redarc directly and asked about harness options. They stated that they could not confirm that the 3014-p Tekonsha would work but that the below harness should be used.

I will be testing the controller on on 9/19 and I will post up the results.
Edit: everything worked great pulled NOBO 19.8 through PA mountains. Controller was excellent and I was able to dial the knob right in to how I wanted.
I mounted the controller behind the steering and routed the cable behind the dash. Then I used the opening in below the 12volt and mounted the switch.I didnt want to lose the 12volt and I wanted to make use of the extra storage area on the dash and try to retain a stock appearance.
