I'm looking to relocate my AM/FM antenna to a right cowl mount, replace the factory one with a 3 foot, and add a CB antenna to left cowl mount, 3 foot. I think I have the parts identified with the exception of the mounts for each antenna.

Here is the cowl mount: https://www.quadratec.com/p/quadratec/cowl-mount-light-brackets-jeep-wrangler-jl
AM/FM Replacement: https://www.quadratec.com/products/96080_5011_07.htm
CB Antenna: https://www.quadratec.com/products/96080_97_07.htm

I need a connector for the CB but still looking for one for the AM/FM antennae. The end result should be an antenna on each side that looks similar. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks for any help you can provide.

I don’t have any advise but am interested in what you come up with...

You could go with this and just chuck the mount, gives you wire and install pieces and antenna.

Something like this for the AM FM, fish it out of the fender or run new wire back inside... no claims to knowing if this is the right antenna connector!!! Again, chuck the mount. Once the stock antenna is gone, you can put another trail rated badge over the sin you left behind there.

Love the concept. I just put the fender mount CB antenna on last night, and have the replacement AM FM you linked, but I think you're on to something to have them both match in look and placement. I went with a 2' Firestik on a heavy spring and it's good for height, above roofline but below my garage door, even with Mopar lift and 37s. Got a good 2 inches to spare!

Hope you come up with something good! Be eager to see it.

Thank for the response, let me know how you like the firestik and if it makes much noise on the highway (wondows open) if possible. My short magnetic mount I placed with the roof off sings on the highway.

Will do. I have so little time, I've been doing things in dribs and drabs. Got the CB physically mounted, did the antenna mount and wire into the truck last night... going to try to fiddle antenna wire around to the radio and wire power tonight, so hopefully I can check SWR and give it a go.

Roof off test hopefully this weekend. Have a bit of top hoist monkeying to do and then hopefully I can stop wrenching and start playing, tear the roof and doors off and go!
