Replacement Rear Quarterpanel

So due to some trail damage I have to replace my rear quarter panel. I found 2 on Mopars site, one for $250, one for $430 (pictured). I’m guessing the only difference is one is oem Mopar and the other isn’t. Anyone know for sure?

One includes everything in Box #4, the other is only item #5.

Are you going to be doing the repair yourself? I had the exact same repair plus the taillight. I ran it as an insurance claim and just paid my deductible. It ended up being about $3500 for the parts and labor including paint match. The whole bed had to come off for them to do it right.

Mine is in the shop now, same type of damage, came in at $8000 and my rear panel is on 'infinite backorder'

How does $250 turn into $8000? Are the pieces riveted together with 300 rivets or something?

more than just the panel is damaged, but that part is the long lead item.

I believe that panel is welded on so replacing it is not a small task

If the welds are the same quality as the rear body mount nuts, they should be easy to separate.
