Rhino rack pioneer platform

So I got a new pioneer platform. I had one before with the vortex rails. I sold them. I now have a generic set of rails, look identical. My rhino tray came with the mounts for the rails. They just hotel around it like a custom u bolt made for the tray. The platform didn’t come with any. My old one had a similar clamp. I can’t find any info on what to order. Rhino been no help. Not interested in the vortex rails, or the backbone. Any ideas? Pic is the old one for reference
