Rock Rails with step that won't limit clearance

Was wondering if anyone has any ideas on available rock rails out there that would help with ingress/egress that won't limit clearance ? Was thinking along the lines of a step that can bolt onto the factory rock sliders on my Willys and easily detach when I want to hit the trails - but wondering if there are any other options.

I love my Metalcloak flipsteps. You can have the step part on or off. When the flip steps are on you can have them in step mode or angled up mode. I leave mine in step mode all the time even on difficult trails. And to show how durable they are:

These are welded onto the factory rails, so doesn't reduce ground clearance at all. They also have some brackets in the works to make the factory rails a bit stiffer.
