I just want to throw this out there for the Customer Service experience that I had with these two companies. I am in GA, 1800 miles from home when I had an unfortunate breakage with my RSE steps. My brother in law and I inadvertently stepped on the step at the same time and what we think it might not have been fully deployed cause we were trying to get moving back to the in-laws house. After a couple of days of emails and calls RSE had me go down to JK Land in Douglasville, GA. I called the day before to give them a heads up that we were coming and why. Long drive, bad traffic coming through Atlanta and we arrived. Was met by Steve and he looked at our step situation and took the gladiator to the back. Kyle (mechanic) went to work and his magic was strong. Couple of hours later Kyle had rebuilt our step and we were on our way fully functional and back enjoying our vacation with family.
