I just finished installing rubicon fenders on my sport s non max tow. The problem is my axles aren’t as wide as a rubicon or max tow. Now my stock sport wheels are tucked in to much.
I’m going to buy wheels and tires. My question is would a 0 offset 4.75BS wheel stick out any or at least be flush? Anyone have experience with this setup. I don’t care to have any tire outside the fenders but I will tolerate a little for 37 inch tire clearance.
many help would be greatly appreciated!

They should stick out with a 0 offset. If I recall, the Rubicon rims are a +37 offset, the stock sport ones are +44.

This is a sport non max tow with rubicon fenders and stock wheels with 285/75/17 open country’s.
new wheels are sitting in the garage with lift. Just waiting on tires.

Just going to 0 offset alone, no other changes, you're moving almost 2" outward with the wheel.

Assuming the new wheels are wider then it will sit out a little further. If you go with a wider tire, then the bulge over the wheel will set you out further.

Pretty sure Rubicon is +44 and the Mojave +37mm (slightly wider 14mm stance).
Yeah you may be right on that. I went from the sport to the Mojave rims. I must have assumed Mojave and Rubicon were the same.

Not bad. Just took trial and error as I received the internals of the fender in pieces. Pretty straight forward. The extra clearance makes it nice though.
