Can anyone tell me the difference between the 3 part numbers listed for the rubicon?

The link about shows two different part numbers (68281973AE) and (68281965AF) with a significant price difference but nothing saying why the cost is different and different part numbers... Im assuming material used?
And then theres this:

Which I'm assuming is way more due to the prime and hood vents being included?
I WTT my stingray sport hood for a stingray rubi hood... But I know thats a slim chance so I'm looking at other avenues
