If you are just wanting the bed slides you can find them and put them on a standard bumper. I did it by following a write up on this forum

Just a heads up it can be pricey to buy the OEM rails and mounting brackets. I went with the red rock sliders for the bed corners. I bought them when they first came out but have not installed yet. But unless they are trash its a much cheaper option.
