Rubicon steel rear bumper sensor holes

Hey all, I recently replaced the rear bumper on my max tow with a rubicon steel bumper and bed sliders. The rear bumper has the 4 slots for sensors which I don't have . I was looking at what options I had to utilize the holes. I was think led lights for back up lights or amber lights. Antenna base? Looking for some ideas that you all may have done
