a few beers in and I had a thought come to me, would it be sacrilege to put sport doors with the crank doors on a rubicon?

I had no idea they even made crank windows anymore.
So besides unplugging the wires, which only takes an extra second, it's the exact same processes of taking off the doors as with automatic windows. Are the manual window doors lighter? I don't really see a reason to go that route? This is my Gladiator base Sport model that I took delivery of just yesterday. Note the manual crank windows, no kidding.
Same as it would be with the wires, you unhook the strap and unbolt the door jam arm. If you remove the door jam arm then the only step you take is unhooking the strapSo besides unplugging the wires, which only takes an extra second, it's the exact same processes of taking off the doors as with automatic windows.
