Setting up Uconnect on My JT????

So deleted my Uconnect account once I traded in my 2018 JLUR, now can't seem to get a new Uconnect account set up for my Gladiator, nor setting up Jeep Wave for it....2020 Gladiator doesn't come up as an option to configure....
@JeepCares any advice????

If you look in your owners manual or online there is a number you can call to talk to a uConnect representative. At work so I donā€™t have it handy

Well that kinda sucks. I use it mostly to check has level when not in vehicle. How come the uconnect app on Google play uses the gladiator as an example and shows it then?

I do apologize, we received incorrect information about the Vehicle Health Report. Because of this, I deleted my original post. We are experiencing difficulties with this feature on the 2020 Gladiator. The appropriate parties have been made aware and will be looking into this. Also, thank you for making us aware of the Google Play imagery as we are having this looked into as well.

Thanks for getting back to me understanding what I was trying to say. Look forward to when your team gets it working. It looks like it could be an issue on my wifes 2019 Grand Cherokee also. Hers it and miss and never shows how much gas she has left in her tank.

Good to know I'm not the only one! I didn't think the Vehicle Info was that neat until a buddy of mine showed me...does seem super useful. Hopefully that gets rolled out to the Gladiators soon.

Somewhat related, my UConnect is stuck in a "Activate Services" state, even though I can access my account online and see the Jeep there. I've heard there's a way to soft reset the system, so that'll be my next try. I've called twice to "activate" and both times they said I was good to go and the radio would update on its own...that was three weeks ago :/

Yeah, I've got a ticket in the system now too. I also have a 2017 Cherokee and I can see both vehicles in the Uconnect app and online. No vehicle health report is available on the Gladiator, but I can do remote lock/unlock/start. My confusion is I don't really get what XMGuardian offers that wasn't in the original Uconnect service. Now there seem to be two services going through the Uconnect app. My guess is they don't have the back-end of the services talking to each other.

Appreciate the response! Weird timing too...I got a backlog of alerts this morning on my commute from when I was trying out the different boundaries. Additionally, my "Activate Services" button is now "Assist," and seems to have all the features enabled! So I think I'm good now!

Hopefully this was a wider system fix, and other owners are getting the same updates...
